Tank Repair
HJ3’s
system of carbon fiber composites can be used to repair
large steel and concrete tanks used for storage or processing
of aggressive chemicals. These high strength composite
systems are capable of restoring the tensile strength
of corroded steel and concrete tank walls that have deteriorated
from exposure to aggressive acidic or alkaline chemicals. The
HJ3 system also provides additional chemical protection
and has been tested to withstand chemicals ranging from
pH 1 to pH 13 in over 20,000 hours of continuous exposures.

Support Structures

columns, beams, or walls, HJ3’s high strength composite
systems are the perfect cost-effective repair and
strengthening system for plant support structures. These
composite systems can be used with appropriate top coats
(such as fireproofing) to retain plant standards. Typical
applications include corroded columns, piping support beams,
