Goodwill Summer Youth Program

	The Goodwill of Southern Arizona offers high school students opportunities to earn some money and gain valuable work experience with participating businesses in the community. This Summer Youth Program helps build resumes and skill sets for young adults that they can apply towards their future careers. In 2011, HJ3 hosted three students for 13 weeks. The students were able to learn about processes involved with manufacturing and production, shipping and receiving, and organization.
	THUNDERBIRD SCHOOL OF GLOBAL MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
	Glendale, AZ
	The Thunderbird School of Global Management is a premier school for the MBA in International Business Management. As part of its curriculum, Thunderbird asks its students to participate in summer internship programs. Students apply to work with companies in industries that match their interests, and through the process learn and are able to apply new and valuable skills. In 2011, HJ3 was host to one of the Thunderbird MBA students, whose focus was on international marketing.
