HJ3 is dedicated to giving back to our community through volunteerism, charitable donations, and educational outreach. Our community outreach began as the passion of our dear friend and colleague George Salustro - a long time expert in marshal arts.

George was the former Production Manager at HJ3 who was truly a man of service to others. George launched HJ3’s active participation with the Salvation Army “Adopt-A-Family” Christmas Program, Habitat for Humanity, and the Goodwill Summer Youth Program. While George passed away in March of 2011, his inspired call to service  lives on through HJ3’s continued community outreach and shared on this site, George’s Dojo.
