Processing Tank Deterioration
Pulp and Paper plants use wood to produce pulp, paper, and paper board products. The plant effluents, or waste from the pulp and paper treatment processes, include chemicals from the pulping and bleaching that are quite corrosive. Common corrosion problems include oxygen pitting of carbon steel, attack of concrete by condensed acids, microbiologically-influensed corrosion (MIC) of steel and abrasion-enhanced corrosion in grit chambers.
CarbonSeal™ industrial composite systems strengthen your steel tanks, steel pipes, beams, columns, slabs, walls, pedestals and chimney stacks. |

Paper & Pulp Processing Tank Repair Services
If your paper and pulp processing plant is experiencing tank damages then keep your company losses down by having the processing tank repaired rather than replaced. At HJ3 we have extensive experience with turning corroded paper & pulp processing tanks into efficient, element resistant tanks which perform like they’re brand new. Also, due to the extra resistance, the processing tanks won’t likely need repairs or replacement for an extended period of time.
