to resist wind  loads that create excessive bending
moment at the ground line by installing the system
below the ground and above the ground line. The

HJ3 has developed a unique strengthening system for steel light
poles suffering from corrosion at the ground to air interface. This patented
system can be used to strengthen the light pole to 20 times its initial strength
at a fraction of the cost of replacing the poles. The system has now been installed
