- The vapor recovery line was found to be structurally deficient after an API 570 inspection was performed
- The pipe was not fit for service to reach the next scheduled outage for repair
- CarbonSeal™ was designed to fully restore the structural integrity of the pipe and provide a leak-proof barrier to prevent vapors from exiting pipe
- An environmental enclosure was created to offset the cold ambient conditions (0F/-17C) to facilitate the installation of the CarbonSeal™ Repair System
- Service life was extended by 5 years to allow client to confidently hit the outage in 2 years
